To support the development of a comprehensive national strategy to implement school safety at the country level, ASEAN Safe Schools Initiative will conduct National and Regional Orientation Workshop on ASEAN Guidelines for Country Progress Reporting that will be held on :

The specific objectives of this workshop are to understand the commitment of ASEAN in promoting school safety in the region, to collect information related to the progress of DRR in the education sector at the country level to contribute ASEAN Common Framework for Comprehensive School Safety, and to analyse gaps in data related to capacities, policies, and resources that can influence the progress of safe schools programming in the country.
Participants will take part in an 2-day workshop consisting of orientation regarding ASSI and working together to collect, consolidate, and analyse data related to DRR in the education sector. This workshop will be participatory with group discussions and practical based session than will equip participants with practical knowledge and skills as well as working together in monitoring progress on safe schools programming at the country level.
